• Calculated rates will reflect actual live market rates at the time of any specific load booking.
• Projected gross or net earnings will be achieved on any particular load, lane, or time period.
• Fuel surcharges, detention pay, accessorial fees, or deductions will match any estimated figures produced by the calculator.
• Results accurately account for all carrier-specific operational variables including insurance premiums, maintenance costs, tolls, permit fees, or deadhead miles.
• Market conditions, seasonal demand, or lane availability will remain consistent with any historical data used in calculations.

The GPS and route planning features available within the Celestial Command Center are provided as general navigation assistance tools to support your trip planning and operational efficiency. These tools utilize third-party mapping, routing, and geolocation data that is outside the direct control of Celestial Harmonies Dispatch LLC.

Celestial Harmonies Dispatch LLC is not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies, errors, omissions, or outdated information contained in any GPS routing data or map results.
• Routes suggested that may be restricted, prohibited, or unsafe for commercial motor vehicles, oversized loads, or specific trailer configurations.
• Real-time road closures, construction zones, detours, weight limit changes, or hazardous road conditions not reflected in routing data.
• Any fines, citations, violations, or penalties incurred as a result of following a suggested GPS route.
• Accidents, cargo damage, delays, or any other damages arising from reliance on GPS or routing suggestions provided through the platform.
• Interruptions, inaccuracies, or failures in third-party mapping services beyond our control.

GPS and routing tools are a supplement to — never a replacement for — the professional judgment, training, and experience of a licensed commercial driver.
