4. AI Features & Third-Party Services
The Celestial Command Center includes AI-powered features: the Load Negotiation Coach, Rate Con Analyzer, AI Dispatch Assistant, and Maintenance AI Advisor. These features are powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.
- When you use an AI feature, the load details or other data you enter are sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response
- Your API key is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers
- Anthropic may retain conversation data per their own privacy policy at anthropic.com/privacy
- Do not enter sensitive personal information such as Social Security numbers or full banking details into AI prompt fields
Other third-party services:
- Open-Meteo — Free weather API. Provides weather data based on coordinates you search. No personal data is transmitted.
- OpenRouteService — Commercial vehicle routing. Sends origin and destination coordinates to generate HGV-safe routes. No personal identifiers are sent.
- Google Fonts — Loads display fonts. Google may collect standard web request data per their privacy policy.
5. GPS & Location Data
The Celestial Guide GPS navigation feature requests access to your device's location. Here is exactly how we handle that data:
- Your location is accessed only when you actively use the GPS navigation feature and only with your explicit browser permission
- Your GPS coordinates are used in real time to center the map and track your position along the route
- Your location data is never stored on our servers and is not recorded or logged anywhere
- Your live position is never sent to any third party — only your origin and destination are sent to OpenRouteService to calculate a truck-safe route
- You can revoke location access at any time in your browser or device settings
6. Local Storage & Cookies
The Celestial Command Center uses your browser's localStorage and sessionStorage to store data on your device. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
